Vintage tools are tools that still show the marks of the heat treatment done to an extreme degree of skill and excellence. They are still blackened from the forge. Vintage tools are real gems. Woodcarvers have searched for the tools that had the Woodscrew stamp on their blades since the 17th Century. The Woodscrew meant the highest quality tool. Although our tools are not 400 years old, they are of the same high quality, made by the same hard handworked process, and marked with the same Woodscrew stamp, just like those fine antique tools.
